Corporate sustainability commitments in coffee are easy to announce and much harder to verify. This session puts them to the test. Coffee Watch walks us through the Coffee Scorecard — a systematic look at how the sector’s major players actually measure up against their claims, and what the gaps between promise and practice reveal about where accountability is still missing. Together, we consider what the findings mean for civil society’s advocacy, campaigns, and engagement with industry and policymakers, and where the pressure points for real change lie.
