Network Bulletin Board

Consumers are welcome to submit postings to add to our bulletin board by mailing it to us at 3212 Cutshaw Ave. Suite #206 Richmond, VA. 23230, or you can email your submission to yolande@vocalvirginia.org. Please include a valid email address or phone number with your correspondence as a way for us to contact you.

Subject matter may include job postings, volunteer jobs, open Board and Committee positions, ride sharing, search for information, housing, etc. The Network office reserves the right to edit material and takes no responsibility for the outcome of communications initiated by this bulletin board.

VOCAL Network in the Next Three Years

We've put together new plans for the VOCAL Network in 2007 - 2010. You can read the full plan and federal grant proposal on the VOCAL CO-OP webpage, just go to File Cabinet and click read more under Network Plans.

VOCAL CO-OP

This program provides free technical assistance to consumer mental health programs throughout Virginia. Training and consultation are offered to drop-in centers, employment programs, warm lines, and consumer groups interested in starting new programs.

VOCAL REACH

REACH (Recovery Education and Creative Healing) teaches consumers throughout Virginia how to take charge of their own recovery. The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) of Mary Ellen Copeland is used.
